Hooked follows filmmaker Glen Fulthorpe's raw exploration of his father's heroin addiction. Intercutting haunting archival footage with present-day encounters, Glen revisits a pivotal moment from 2006 when he filmed two young addicts, arranged by his father Steve. When Steve overdoses during filming, it sets off a chain of events that Glen grapples with for years. The documentary tracks Glen's journey as he reconnects with both addicts—one now in recovery, the other still struggling—while seeking answers about his father's addiction and death. Confronting his own battles with anger, forgiveness, and fatherhood, Glen offers an introspective look at addiction's far-reaching impact, generational trauma, and the path to healing.

After getting accepted to Brooklyn Heights University, Leah Masters convinces her cult leader parents, Rainey and Connor, to allow her to leave "The Mountain" so that she can recruit new members. However, unbeknownst to her parents, Leah is joined by ousted cult member Clarissa Duffer. Back at "The Mountain", the FBI are watching them.

Chilly's nemesis as usual is Smedley who's a worker at the aquarium where the penguin is catching fish. Smedley tells him he's not allowed to do that but of course Chilly just does what he wants to which leads to another chase between him, Smedley, and a porpoise Smedley feeds.

When Hana Sikorova, mayor of a northern Bohemian village, stands up to a large coal mining concern that offers villagers large compensation in exchange for abandoning their houses built on land containing brown coal deposits, her fourteen year old daughter Misha disappears. The search for her daughter makes Hana suspicious of the whole community, after years of peaceful coexistence. Under the pressure of unfolding events, the community starts to fall apart and show its true face. Solving the mystery divides the story into several interweaving narratives that ultimately connect in unexpected ways.

Since 1987, they have provided a format for youths and adults to collaborate in life enhancing adventures in the circus arts. They give kids the opportunity to immerse themselves in the circus life. Totally Circus is the reality show based on the trials and tribulations of the kids of Circus Smirkus. Filmed during the 1999 Robin Hood tour the show focuses on these talented troupers as they prepare their acts and take the show on the road. In this 15 part series we get a glimpse of what the circus life is really like as we are allowed to follow the troupers throughout the whole season. From day one to the very last show we are able to get a sense of what these brave and talented young people face every day. Whether it be broken bones, storms raging through the area, or just your typical fight amongst the ranks, we can truly come to respect and admire these young people for what they do.

Our hero is 25-year-old Štěpán – a nice enough guy but a bit of a waster who doesn’t have a clue what to do with himself. At the call centre where he works, he is jolted out of his lethargy when he takes a call from the mysterious and seemingly level-headed Marie. This playful flick revolves around young protagonists full of insecurities who are struggling to break out of the crushing stereotypical mould. And although Štěpán might not know exactly which path to take in life, the mere decision to put one foot in front of the other indicates a certain degree of progress. In its chosen stylisation the film opts for bizarre condensation and, in places, ventures into absurd poetics; even so, it reveals great understanding for its characters’ faltering moves.
